Help! Japanese readers?

Can anyone tell me how to read this in Japanese? It's the name of a university in Japan, but I can't find it.
(I'm translating chi to eng)

Oooh!! So that's really it!
(It's the only school with a 'a' at the end, that's in the list of Japanese schools involved in exchange programs with mine. Apparently it's supposed to be quite good. (At least, that's what the characters' reaction in the manga to it suggests.)
